Your app constantly crashes and doesn't let me place an order. I literally missed the opportunity to fulfill a delivery order because of troubleshooting 30 minutes of this last night, and in that time frame, all deliveries were fulfilled and I was unable to enjoy your meal for dinner. The app is atrociously bad with remembering credit cards

I love Choolaah and the app was fairly easy to use, but it's profoundly annoying that it requires you to save your credit card number to place an order (and it is pretty pushy about getting your cc# as early as possible). That part is pretty sketchy.

Hi Steven, we take security very seriously and, for that reason, we do not store your credit card information anywhere in our system. When you add a credit card, the info is sent directly to your credit card provider. At no point do we ever see, know, or store your credit card number. Absolutely horrible app. Doesn't let you move forward unless you sign up for rewards and the sign-in link doesn't send anything to your email.
